Hands-On Care

Nurtured with constant companionship from our family, our puppies are continuously cuddled, talked to, and played with since birth so they are well socialized and confident when ready to go home with their new families. 

 

To develop curiosity, intelligence, and confidence, our puppies are exposed to many sights, sounds, and experiences in our home and on our farm. 

 

• Vacuum sweeper, washer, dryer, timers

• Classical and jazz music

• Trucks, tractors, skid steer, UTV, lawn mower, chain saw, power tools 

• Rides in trucks and UTV

• Cats, dogs, chickens, geese, cattle, sheep, pigs

• Playing with us, their mom and older siblings

• Playing with many different toys, clothes basket, towels, boxes, balls, rope, feed bags, hay bales…

• Running obstacle courses

• Playing catch 

• Baths several times a week

• Smelling scents common to home and farm

• Smelling essential oils used in laundered bedding, cleaning products, diffusing, bathing, and on them
